Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) was formed on 01 February, 2012 and its charter of duties are as under:-

a.       Enquiry through telephone.

b.      In person.

c.       By Post.

d.      By Email.

Enquiry through Telephone:-

General information sought for by the candidates will be provided by the GRC itself, whereas the critical information sought for by the candidates will be provided after having consulted and received suitable replies from the sections concerned.

In person:-

i.        Oral Information / Clarification:-

General information sought for by the candidates in person will be provided by the GRC itself orally, whereas the critical information sought by the candidates will be provided after having consulted and received suitable replies from the sections concerned.

ii.   Written Representation / Petition:-

While submitting the requisition letter, the candidate / petitioner has to mention his E-mail ID. The petition will be forwarded to sections concerned for getting suitable reply and the same will be sent to the candidate only by E-mail.

By Post:-

Petition / Letters received from the candidates will be sent to the sections concerned and their reply will be directly communicated by the section to the candidates.

General Instruction to the candidates who made Grievances by post to the office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission

 

 

The candidates who seek the grievances by post are instructed to address,

i. The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission relating to the grievances on the following :-

  Notifications issued by the Commission

  Certificate Verification

Counseling Process

  Oral Test

  Operation of Reserve List

  Other General Issues

ii. The Controller of Examinations, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission relating   to the grievances on the following :-      

  Online applications

  Hall Ticket related matters

  Matters relating to Question Papers

  Publication of Results

  Other exam related issues.

By Email:-

General information sought for by the candidates / petitioners through E-mail will be provided by GRC itself on the same day by reply mail, whereas the queries relating to critical information sought for by the candidates will be sent to the section concerned with a specific form for their reply for communication to the candidate / petitioner through E-mail.
